"I just filed a complaint with Chase Customer Service about the three outside ATM machines that habitually do not work. Two of them were not working this afternoon (July 8, 2024) around 6 p.m. The representative responded that malfunctioning ATMs are programmed to automatically be reported to the branch; and that I should contact the branch. Broken machines happen too often here, so I have no choice now but to report this branch to JP Morgan Chase Global Headquarter. The Deer Park community deserves a Chase bank with good business practices."

"One of the worst Chase branches ever! One of the bank associates, Marie (who doesn't care to wear her name tag—I had to ask for her name), walks around making unnecessary comments to clients. I wish I could give this branch zero stars. I've been banking with Chase for over a decade, and this branch is by far the worst. Initially, I thought I was the only one feeling this way, but after checking the reviews, it's clear that others share my sentiment. "This is the only Chase in Deer Park now, and I’m sorry to say I wish it was this one that closed. They don’t have a drive-up ATM machine, they have a drive through service but if the bank is closed how good is that? My biggest complaint is that the ATM vestibule has three ATMs BUT one is always broken. I don’t think they’re ever going to repair it. Even when it was “working” it couldn’t accept cash deposits. I feel like they definitely neglect this Chase."

"Hi, unfortunately this is a warning for everyone to stay away from Chase Bank in December 15th of 23, someone got hold of my information, overnighted a debit card to my house while I was at work they held the card for 9 months and then activated it on December 15th. They withdrew all the money from my checking account and my savings account. When I reported the fraud on the same day, I was accused of taking my own money. The bank president, Jamie Diamon, never answered my email . I contacted the police, the fbi, the occ, the sec, the of SSD and no one was really of help.. of course, the bank will get the money back and keep it. They were accusatory, nasty not helpful and I am going to tell everyone never to bank at Chase!!!! They owe me my money back because they did not protect my accounts and they need to show the footage so I can tell them and prosecute the person who did this. This is one of the richest banks in the world and we should be covered 100% for fraud by this bank and we are not!!! For your own sakes, they do not check ID or ask for withdrawal slips and signature anything to protect you. Unfortunately I still have not received my money back and I do not know what is going to happen. The bank was served with subpoenas but God knows how long this will take. There were two nice people in the bank who tried to help me but unfortunately the fraud department is a fraud!!!!!"
