"WARNING: TFCU WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR ACOUNT EVEN AS HACKERS ARE WITHDRAWING FROM IT AS YOU BEG THEM TO FREEZE THE ACCOUNT!! One card machine must have had a skimmer inside because I use this particular TFCU debit card ONLY in those 2 places.. Amazon does not require a 3 digit code when you order from them which is a JACKPOT for Skimmers.. All they need from their skimmer is only one side of the card because AMAZON only asks for the CC#, Expiration date and Name! WHICH IS ALL ON THE FRONT SIDE… If they asked for 3 digit code verification, the skimmers wouldn’t be able to use it As this was happening and I was on my computer, all these charges were popping up as “pending” TAKE YOUR ACCOUNTS OUT OF TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION because I alerted them as this was happening and they cancelled my card but allowed ALLL the “PENDING” CHARGES to still go through instead of freezing my checking account as I begged them to do! I even went down there personally as my account kept losing money to these thieves! While on the phone with both the bank and the card company, this was happening and they refused to stop it and allowed all PENDING charges to go through to the theif… They claimed it was AUTHORIZED and there’s not a thing they can do about it! TFCU ALLOWED THE HACKER TO TAKE ABOUT $2000.00 OUT OF MY CHECKING WHILE WE WERE ALL WITNESSING IT!"

"This teachers is pathetically ran, just went in there at 1pm with my son, branch closes at 2pm, I told the girl we wanted to move my sons 5k out of his youth savings to open up him a ne checking account, and the girl asks if we have all the appropriate ID, we say we do and she asks us to sit and wait, we say no problem, she then calls back to manager in back who is sitting without anyone with her, and she tells the girl to tell me that the two girls who can open up accounts are sitting with people and they close soon, so I respond, you close in an hour not soon, we don’t mind waiting even if it’s a 1/2 hour, she then calls back again n the manager tells her to take my number down that me n my son can’t wait in bank and if a spot opens shecwill call. That woman that runs that floor in the bank is a train wreck, she’s lazy, she’s rude, she needs to be fired, so after driving 30 minutes there, we have to find another branch before closing. We went to that branch because they do the atm cards on site n he was excited to get his card the same day. Ps I have multiple accounts here, a business one as well, and each of my 6 children also have teachers accounts. Your better served going to the center moriches branch with tish, she and her staff are amazing, stay clear from the pathetic staff at patchogue, they are lazy and rude."

"The most stupidest location for a bank. Absolutely no parking in front or back. People parking illegally everywhere so it’s almost impossible to navigate through the parking lot. No drive through teller for customers who can’t find parking."

"This is the most inconvenient bank ever. Not just because of locations but because their customer service is terrible and they put holds on every check that is cashed. Sometimes more than one hold. I have asked many times before I cashed these checks if there will be a hold and I was told no by the teller. Then I check my account and none of it is available for up to 4 days! What are they doing with MY money for 4 days? I urge you not to use them."

"Was so happy to get the bank located in Patchogue..but why is there no designated parking?We can't even park to go in because parking is always taken,always an issue!"
