"Awful experience. Needed change for my business. I bank there, showed my atm card via apple pay since I didn’t have the physical card and was refused service. Never had happened at any other location. Ridiculous customer service."

I come In daily for general banking and a few times for major issues with fraud, missing checks, Clover Issues and zelle issues and they rise above each and everytime to help me. I would give them 20 stars If I could. Thank you to the fine staff ."

"I am a long standing customer with this bank, I have both my personal and business accounts established here. I was recently instructed by the Suffolk County Police Department to have two forms of identification notarized in order to receive a Letter of Recommendation. The gentleman who was the notary public at this branch on 06/21/2023 at 10:00am refused to notarize my documentation as soon as I set the paperwork down on the table and it displayed by non-US passport along with my NYS Drivers License. I attempted to explain to him that I have had these types of documents notarized before at that very branch from a very helpful employee, he refused to listen to my explanation and proceeded to tell me that they should not have done that because it was illegal. As a multiple business owner, I do not appreciate it being implied that I am a criminal and feel discriminated against based on my country of origin. The gentleman in question has done a disservice to TD Bank, my businesses, and to me on a personal level. If he had done his job correctly who would have let me explain the situation and he would have understood that all I needed was my signature notarized along with the two forms of identification in order to validate my signature. While there are a couple of wonderful employees at this bank, I feel that I can no longer trust this establishment."

"This is one of the best banks I’ve dealt with. I’ve been all over the Tri-State area dealing with banks and this particular branch has a family-like atmosphere. We are all human and it’s possible an employee could’ve had a day off that day, but we all do have a day off here and there. Giving this bank any negative reviews, I feel it’s likely coming from customers that would likely not be happy anywhere and probably have no patience, demanding with high expectations. Give people a chance and present yourself in the same manner you would want to be treated and your lives may just improve as well."

I am always greeted with a smile, and in this unfriendly world, that's a remarkable trait. I look forward to doing my banking every week because of the wonderful treatment by this staff.They often go above and beyond their job description to assist their customers. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to customer service."
