"the new branch manager is horribly unqualified to be a manger for CHASE bank or any other banking institution . I will never go back and will recommend to anyone who uses this branch to longer use it. The lines were outside the door as well as the drive up which had a new employee who i feel was not ready to be in a high volume position. When i spoke with the branch manager she didn't even know chase bank policy. I wasted 1hr of my day i have been going to this branch for a year and now i will never go back do to the incompetency of the manager and inability to assist me with my banking needs ."
