"Tried getting a quote online and received a call from a Joe. Joe tells me to call the office as he will be in until 6PM. I call much earlier than that, only to be told by some airhead that Joe is “not in today” and that the office was “a little busy” so they were unable to quote me. I mean, I expect this kind of behavior from a business in Shirley, but still. As someone who works in the insurance business this is extremely unprofessional."
