"Terrible service, I went to claim money that they sent me through Western Union and the lady who runs this place does not know anything about kindness or customer service. I brought my passport and my license and she told me that my documents were not enough to be able to give me my money."

"Terrible service . If this was the last place to cash a check i would just not have money than come here !!! Oh and plus a lady outside smoking same lady who wouldn’t cash my check in which I’ve cashed a check there from the same exact company just a month ago . She loves to give people a hard time . Very rude and disgusting , not helpful at all. You guys need to hire more friendly people . I mean look at the reviews !"

"Maddy and Navim give terrible service. Navim judged me for my height and because I looked young she called me a child and didn’t want to cash my check. She proceeded to judge me since she thought I didn’t speak English. Now Maddy she keep giving me dirty looks, made me wait for nothing and said she can’t cash my check because my ID is “not valid”. I always cash my checks here and I’ve always had problems with these two. I would understand if it’s everyone, but it’s just with these two woman."

"I've been coming here most of 2020 now when another local check cashing went sporadic with hours and running out of money often. Other than one time not being open when they should have been, pretty dependable here. Only one "teller" seems to be the norm, not too bad unless there's a line of more than 5 people or so. The worst is when a customer does 6 transactions that take too long while there is a line!!! There should be a limit, then get back on line for more! Sometimes it may seem like the teller is slow, but keep in mind they are handling money, very easy to make a mistake when busy."
