"I'm fine with this branch, but after over 20 years with Citibank, I really hate Citibank. They spam me and will not stop, I have to drive 20 minutes to deposit a check, their online check deposit doesn't work, their Internet banking has many bugs, and it's difficult to get meaningful help without calling someone specifically at my branch. The only reason I haven't changed is because I don't want to go to the trouble. I know Fidelity is better. I would not recommend Citibank to an enemy."

"I had to go to Citibank over the weekend and A man named Jared Tong helped me with my issue. I was having a issue with my Debit card. I am not going to say the problem I was having because that is private. And what I am trying to say is that Jared Tong went out of his way to help me resolve my issues and corrected them! And then Jared even went out of his way to call me this morning to make sure that everything ok. If I could give 10 Stars on the Customer Service he provided me I would and then some! If you have Citibank and you have an issue with something go to the Citibank on Jericho Turnpike in Commack and ask for Jared Tong and trust me you will leave there very Happy!"
