"This is a terrible Bank to do business with. I do business with many banks and this is the only bank that I have had such a hard time. They will not release my friends money after repeatedly going there and presenting the documents on an inheritance that she received. A complaint has been filed with the New York State Attorney General and this bank really needs to be shut down and its entirety. Word of advice do not deal with Wells Fargo. They are the worst bank in the country"

"Very unpleasant. I understand why they told me I could not cash the check, however, I am an employee of Volkswagen and this particular bank handles their account. I had a screen shot of my identification as I just recently lost it. There was no mention in regards to helping me open an account. I was briefly told I could do it online by another employee before being denied by the teller and bank manager. The experience was just not good and they should re think how they move forward in regards to customer relations policies."
