"I dont know what everyone is complaining about. I always get nice polite service when I go there. Plus I love the nostalgic building which I'm sure was originally a EAB."

"This location has the worst staff in the entire country. Every time I go into this bank I am met with an attitude. The customer service is unbelievably bad. I am not sure how this place remains open. Not a ‘hi how are you, how can I help you?’ No ‘have a great day’, instead, I am met with glaring looks and rudeness. I personally feel that the bank tellers working there are discriminating against me, whether that be based on race or financial class, I couldn’t say. I pray that Webster bank opens an investigation against the farmingville, NY location staff immediately and replaces every worker there with people who actually care about being nice to people instead of acting like loyal customers walking into their facility are a burden and nuisance. Very unfortunate and looks very bad on the whole reputation of Webster bank.please do better"

"Worst customer service and banking experience. Made an elderly man drive back three times due to their errors. Were not accommodating or apologetic at all. Lack of knowledge and so many issues there recently. Everything done in “back office” and can’t answer basic questions. A shame. Will be closing account there after 25+ years of banking with them and through all the name changes."
