They made numerous promises they had no intention of keeping, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services. From the outset, they assured me of approval, only to continually shift their criteria even when my credit report was satisfactory. What's worse, they pulled my credit without prior notification, a basic courtesy that any reputable company should uphold.
