"UPDATE: Just found out after all of that, the name was never even updated on my account! What an absolute headache that was a complete waste of time and now I’m going to have to go through this process again. Awful branch. Poor experience with rude, incompetent staff. All I needed was to update my name on my home loan account with my marriage certificate at the ready, yet it was unnecessarily a drawn out ordeal. After not being acknowledged or offered assistance, I was then left sitting there at the desk while the woman (Jean) went to the back for a while because her boss disrupted by yelling to her to come do something knowing she was involved with a customer. Once she finally returned she actually called the TD service line to ask them what she was supposed to do, yet ultimately said “well that wasn’t helpful” then proceeded to go on her computer just slowly typing as I sat there in silence for a while longer. Since there was no communication with me throughout this entire process, I politely asked for an update as I had a call soon but was met with an attitude in return that she was working on it. Overall I was waiting for over half an hour; it should’ve never taken this long for such a simple task. However, I was more surprised at the terrible display of customer service (or lack thereof). So much for “America’s most convenient bank” - this branch is anything but that. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere."

"I have banked with TD for over 13 years. During that time, I lived in 3 different towns and traveled to several branches. I have never been to one where the ATM is broken so often. Either I am incredibly unlucky and it's broken every time I go, orits broken so often that it's difficult to avoid. In either case, I wish they would get a new machine because this one is extremely problematic."

"Great customer service. Very hard to find good customer service at big branch banks. TD Bank does a great job at keeping customers happy all the equipment it’s new tellers are very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever financial questions you may have. EC banking from the app to the walk-in location. Very friendly atmosphere you never feel pressure. I highly recommend the staff as well as the bank itself. A lot of branches in the area make it very easy for banking. They open on Sundays I think they might be the only bank that does that. Sunday banking is very important specially if you work throughout the week.Never spend more than five minutes when I go to this bank I am always in and out of here and everything done in less than five minutes. Highly recommend"
