"I am a private client customer. I went into the bank yesterday to attempt to open an account. I was advised through the process by a representative. Whatever they did resulted in me being locked out of all my accounts. I had intended to deposit a significant amount of money, but now Chase can't be trusted. This is exactly the reason I left my previous bank. I went to chase because the outstanding service made up for the poor interest. If I can't get good service, I'm going someplace with better interest. You let me down."

"Luigi made it known that he was annoyed to have to open a business account for a woman. I came in at 3:30, and he looked at his watch and told me "it takes an hour and a half to open an account". Before that I was waiting 10 minutes while he sat in his office. I left and came back in and asked again to be helped. I was directed to the office to the right where I can only assume the bank manager was. I asked to open an account and she told me Khaleed would help me. It only took 45 minutes. Thanks for nothing, Luigi. Sorry that a woman burdened you by asking for normal low effort assistance, and that you were entirely unwilling to help."

"Since when is a driver’s license (a NYS Enhanced ID for that matter), no longer considered an adequate form of identification? Supposedly, because no one at the branch knew me, I wasn’t allowed to use my driver’s license. That is ABSURD! I don’t use a debit card because of previous issues on my account. Also, please note I had additional identification in my wallet that I was willing to show as supplementary - still not good enough."

"Terrible Bank. Horrible interest rates. Customer service does not exist. Even when you call the 800 number the customer service is terrible. I see no reason why anyone would do business with this Bank other than it's convenient because they have local branches. Worst customer service of any bank that I have ever dealt with. And when I talkin about a small amount of money involved here. I strongly suggest doing business with a different bank"
