"The ATM at this branch does not work and so does its leadership!! I made a deposit of more than 1k using the atm machine during after hours. Atm took the money but never added it to my account and never returned my card either!! Next day in the morning I went to the branch, they were able to give me my card and asked I for A WEEK to get my money because that’s when they do the atm count. Whatever!! I waited a week and now that I am trying to get my money they keep stalling me!! The branch is asking me to keep waiting and customer service over the phone has no idea of this issue! I feel helpless. I have no idea when I will get my money!! They should have NEVER made me wait. My money got stuck so they should have open the machine and get it resolved!! Management is horrific!! Whoever is in charge is obviously not handling manners effectively, I cannot understand why they think it’s a good idea making the customer wait a week for a faulty atm machine!! If you can, avoid this brach at all cost!! I am also considering moving my business to a different bank, one with a bigger name who services their atms and provide a better customer experience. "I saw the negative reviews. I do not agree, I go in maybe 2 times a month and have always got fast courteous service with a smile. They have a great staff. This goes for all the branches I've been to. So I dont understand the other reviews"
