"I honestly have to say the Rep that you having working customer service named Ana, is one of the most unprofessional workers I have ever seen! I called in asking for assistance and Rep advised she could not help me and to speak with a branch manager. I then come into the office where I hear Ana speaking about me not knowing I was the customer on the line. She was rude, unprofessional, and honestly a reason why I would not bank with Chase! I then spoke with the manager which she was able to assist happily with a great attitude. The manager apologized but there was no response from Ana. Great training Chase"
