"I visited this location to handle some general banking and upon entering I was approached by a young lady that need to know WHY I was there-this threw me off and was directed to a line in which I was approaching anyway. There were two ahead and NO ONE AT THE WINDOW!!! For 15 minutes and when the teller did come the two patrons ahead have an extensive amount of transactions and the line grew. And the wait was even more horrible. If it wasn’t because of my Mother banking there! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE, especially if you’re on lunch- Don’t think about it! They need Jesus at this location"

"Came from out of state and had to withdraw a large amount of cash. They said they usually need 24 hours notice but they'd help me out if I stopped by. Everybody was also super nice."

"So i had came in to cancel a zelle payment yesterday and this girl named Yaliza or something like that never helped me i had to call from my own phone in the waiting area because she didn’t know how to help me and the whole visit seemed pointless i could’ve done it at home all she did was verify me. The girls lack of attentiveness is on the floor. Also they were rushing me because the security guard had to leave and they couldn’t have any clients inside if there wasn’t a security guard but rushing me is crazy when i’m clearly in the process of the issue being resolved on my own phone. Also there was another representative and she was the one who told me I could call on my own phone, they sat me on their office area for less than 5 minutes and barely helped. If I can just fix most of the issues with the bank on my own phone, that center is basically pointless."
