"I was in Citizen Bank in page ave in Staten Island. Guy who called himself a manager name Anthony and a young guy who was there with him Thursday 94/27/2023. At 2:25 pm. Those two guys has to be fired and manager of the Citizens Bank must take care of those to guys attitude, disrespectful, curse talk with costumer. Anthony very unprofessional, LOWD, telling us to leave bank immediately, he is not going to help us to close our account. This Bank should close and put this 2 guys in bad history record. I am writing this to bring that complaint to manager of main Bank person attention. Person like Anthony can not work with people a special Lu with important document. He should be on the treatment."
