"I usually don't write reviews about any places that I've been at regatdless of the quality of their services. BUT I couldn't help it here. The M&T Bank at SOUTH SHORE is litterly THE WORSE when it comes to customer service. I've been there today to get a withdrawal, and I was the only client there . It took the teller over 20 minutes to get me the amount I asked for. I litterly felt like I was facing an FBI agent, not a teller, by the number of questions she was asking that are not even related to the process of me getting money from my OWNE ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT BANK I DONT WANNA MENTION THE TELLER'S NAME BUT IF THEY DO RECOMMENT THEY WOULD KNOW WHI I AM REFFERING SHAMEFUL"
