I’ve been to several Valley National Bank locations and this is by far my favorite branch because of the positive and warm interaction I had with the staff. On the initial walk in, Cristian and his entire staff immediately acknowledge me with a warm welcome. He then proceeded to assist me in my transaction. He took the time out to introduce himself and his staff to me as I told him that I just moved to the area. That introduction alone set the bar high and also set the tone of the branch. I appreciated that small gesture because that’s something I’ve never experienced at ANY location. As a customer, it made me feel like more than just a number. I felt valued. Cristian, your customer service is superb and I truly do appreciate the warm and positive interaction I had with you on 5/30/24. Keep up the great work and I look forward to coming to your branch for all of my banking needs."
