"Worst bank ever. There’s no one to control the line and I have no idea what’s the workers are doing. Last time we came they told us just need all the people in the account come with the ID so can make change on the account. We also asked is there anything else we need to bring and the lady said just ID is fine. At this moment the guy who helping us told us we need at least two identifications to prove. There’s such a big communication and management problem in this bank, don’t come unless is really emergency."
