Wells Fargo Bank 705 West Saint Georges Avenue, Linden, NJ 07036

"Every Saturday I come here to cash my check and personally I believe that Saturdays are very busy for the bank. With that being said why is there little to none workers on a busy Saturday and have both drive thru open and only one person is helping those drive thrus making us wait and waste our Saturday like this. Saturdays should be more faster and convenient for the customer being that most us work a 9-5 and don't have enough time on the weekends already! I hope corporate sees this so they can get more employees."

"Went to this Bank sat a half hour in line then they came to the window and said it was busy with the inside lines so does that mean you don't take care of drive-thru customers just another pathetic Wells Fargo Bank I gave you one star but honestly you don't even deserve that"

"I hate coming to this location I came here and I was the only customer in the waiting room. There was only 3 cars in the parking lot and they told me that I had to make an appointment for them to change my account because they are busy. I ask the lady how are you busy when I’m the only person in the waiting room. She told me that I had to make a appointment they would not help me without a appointment. I called the 1800 number on the back of my card and told them about my experience and the lady was able to do the account change for me in 3 minutes. It took the woman at the bank 5 minutes to tell me to make an appointment and the woman on the phone did what I needed in 3 minutes."

"The bank branch at Erudo St. and St. Georges Ave. has been remodeled. I guess that it's a more efficient use of space than before. The teller's area was streamlined to just 3 counters to help with customer's banking needs. I like the change."

"Nobody was in line at the drive-thru. I'm waiting and waiting for somebody to come to the window then somebody pulls up next to me and he takes her first while I'm still waiting. Then takes my deposit slip and no hello or how are you, he then sends it back to me and says i need to finish filling it out. He was too lazy to fill in the date. I didn't see what the big deal was after me waiting a whole 20 minutes that he couldn't fill in the date ... They hire lazy people.They don't want to do their job their miserable. I went higher up and I complainted about this branch. I will no longer go here."
