"Frustratingly inconvenient. I changed my legal name and I've been here 3 times trying to get a new debit card with my name on it. Originally they messed up the name on my account by reversing my first and last name so I had to get that fixed. I even went to T mobile to make sure my name matches cause apparently they need that?? Anyways, they can't text my phone number to send me a confirmation and they won't sort it out because it's an error with their "third party". Which apparently they can't contact their "third party" to fix it. So I'm stuck with a debit card with my dead name on it unless I want to close my account for a week and wait for a new one to come in the mail. Who can survive without access to their bank account for a week? Very upset."
"I want to give -5 stars. This bank used to be Ok but has been progressively deteriorating in the last few years since Covid. The Customer Service is abysmal. They make you check in when there’s nobody in the bank. After that, nobody around can help you anyway so you wait longer. You do nothing but wait in this bank that can’t provide any service. From not enough cash to not enough bills to not enough anything. The branch at Richmond used to be good however that site also became bad. There is no good TD Bank branch in Staten Island and I am convinced that there is no good TD Bank branches at all! They make it hard for you to get your money, one of the tellers said that they try to keep your money as much as possible. This bank makes me want to put cash in my mattress. Where are the good banks!?"
"Should just close the drive through it takes 20 minutes to withdraw cash even when there is NO ONE else in the drive though. 2 days in a row. I'd go to victory blvd t.d. before this any day . EVERYTHING on forest ave is trash compared to victory blvd . CVS , fast food , you name it forest ave. Is inhabited by trash"
"I’ve been waiting almost 40 minutes just people hanging around doing nothing more talking than doing things to get done and nobody got time"
"Title: A Frustrating Experience at TD Bank Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently had the displeasure of dealing with TD Bank, and it was a thoroughly frustrating experience. From clueless tellers to unhelpful managers, it's clear that this bank is far from customer-friendly. First and foremost, the tellers seemed to have the slightest clue of what they were doing. Basic banking transactions became convoluted affairs, as they struggled with even the simplest requests. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of competence in a financial institution. Moreover, the managers displayed an attitude problem of epic proportions. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, they exuded an air of indifference and superiority. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also incredibly off-putting for customers seeking assistance. To top it all off, TD Bank proved to be the epitome of inconvenience. Simple tasks took an unnecessarily long time, turning routine errands into time-consuming ordeals. It's safe to say that efficiency is not a priority for this bank. In short, my experience with TD Bank was one I hope to never repeat. The combination of clueless tellers, unhelpful managers, and an overall lack of convenience makes this bank a poor choice for anyone seeking efficient and customer-focused financial services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more competent and accommodating banking experience."
