"I love this Bank but yesterday I went there before 8am and only the ATM machines are open. While using the ATM I find out that they only have $100 bills. I go to the next and last ATM and it tells me the same thing. I get very upset and to top it off, it's already got and humid outside. I see one of the Bank workers unlocking the door for a co worker. I decided to wave through the glass door to one of them so that I can let them know about the ATM machines. I do, and can you believe what he says! He says, yeah I know. (ARE YOU SERIOUS)! He then tells me, you can go to the one on 54th and 5th. (YOU THINK)! Anyway, I proceeded to tell him that, that was an inconvenience. I also told him that it's too hot to be walking an extra 5 blocks, with Asthma. What if an elderly person needed emergency money? That's messed up. I haven't encountered a problem here in a long time. They could make sure that there's enough small bills as there are big one's so that this problem doesn't happen overnight. Yesterday wasn't the first time that I go, and use that same ATM @ that time of the morning. So what happened yesterday?"

"I had filling that workers no have a clue about banking and customer service. I wasted my time for nothing and went to different branch for same basic banking actions and guess what happened? Other branch staff was much more knowledgeable and helpful . Same action different result. Don't waste your time there."
