PNC Bank

"I came to open an account at 5:30pm thursday and one of the female employees was very helpful in assisting me with opening a account, but the two male employees made indirect comments about wanting to get off work and go home and why would I come so late, even the employee whom was helping me, reminded her Co workers there was still a customer present, I myself came to the bank after getting off work at 4:30pm and picking up my children from camp so 5:30pm was the earliest I could arrive, and when I left it was 6:13pm I couldn't do Saturday because I already had a million other errands. I just felt some of the other employees could have been a little more discreet with their feelings about wanting to go home. I felt bad enough."

"Arrived to open a scheduled business checking account. The branch manager outright refused. I have all the documents requested by PNC online. This branch needs retraining in customer service. As an entrepreneur, don't let misinformed people limit your ability to grow your business. Apply online"

"I haven’t ever received such horrible customer service in my life- this teller Jackie completely laughed in my face when I asked her a question - so unprofessional and rude. Management really needs to do a better job in hiring people who work with their customers- because of this awful experience I will be cancelling my account with PNC I need to have a bank who value their customers and have employees who offer excellent customer service and not what I went through. I do not recommend this location what’s so ever."

"This was the worst branch with the worst service from PNC that I have experience. This experience made me switch banks. The manager is terrible, does not care what goes on there and is not even willing to help her own employees. Their waiting system is absolutely terrible. Stay Away!"
