"The customer service stuff here blows me away. My experience has been very different. I just wanted to talk to someone about my HELOC... First attempt: The phone number on the statement goes to their fax machine. So that didn't work. Second attempt: The maps and phone numbers on their own website don't load in the location provider on the website. Try again... Third attempt: Look up phone number in Google maps, call, get receptionist, transfers me to the wrong department, they try to transfer again by hang up on me. Forth attempt: Call back, get same receptionist, repeat I want to talk about my HELOC, get transferred to an automated menu that provides me with 3 options that have nothing to do with me, press 0... Leave voicemail asking someone to call me back. Note: This is the same voicemail I've left 3 messages in the past, that finally got returns a week after I left them. Still just looking to talk to someone at the bank at which I've had an account for 15 years... Hopefully soon..."
