"Avoid this branch. Attempted to deposit a bank drafted check into my account. For 20 minutes i was questioned by 3 people, including manager, Luis Diaz, about the authenticity of the check. They asked - who’s the check from (odd question since that’t included on the check), if i ever deposited a check from this company before (which i have). My experience was insulting, embarrassing and a waste of time. The staff looked at screens for 20minutes and still couldn’t “verify” the check. I even recommended they deposit and process the check to verify/clear the check on the back end. I was not attempting the withdraw any funds. To demonstrate how inadequate the staff and the process was i simply took the check back and deposited in their ATM?!? I reported the branch to corporate. I’ve been banking with Wells for over 20 years and have never experienced such ineptness. I only wonder if my race and the check amount had something to do my experience. Considering taking my money and mortgage with Wells Fargo to another bank."
"Very rude when I went in this morning to make a withdrawal. Asked who am I fedex lol I didn’t have no fedex uniform on. I said I scheduled last week to pick up 49k and I’m here to make a withdrawal. The two women tried to make me seem like a crazy person then added you have to schedule for the pick up. The treatment was very nasty then another lady came out from the back and notified them she spoke with me last week so I can pick up the money today. After everything was confirmed and they seen my I.D for the 3rd time and seen the money was clearly in my account I didn’t receive an apology. To add insult I was told we only have 40k available though I scheduled 49k a week prior. Disgraceful treatment I’m pulling all my money out of that bank."
"I always had good experience at this branch with tellers and bankers. I also like its drive through ATM on the backside of the building and parking spaces available there. Also, nice looking building. There is an ATM inside as well before entering the bank's lobby. Haven't been inside the bank sine pandemic started. So not sure if something changed. Overall, positive experiences at this location of Wells Fargo"
"The teller, Anna, and her manager provided absolutely terrible service, and wouldn't even offer any type of alternative when I had come in with a question. I have also been judged by the male customer service rep that works there. He had provided me incredibly rude and personal "purchase suggestions" and advice when I had opened up my credit card. One window open with more than 10 customers waiting in line. Sub par service with an even worse attitude. The rude behavior of the staff may have been ignored if they managed to get me in and out in a few minutes. It's almost a guaranteed 15-25 minute ordeal every time I come into this branch, whether for a simple withdrawal or a complicated transaction. I'm planning on taking a day off from work just to close my accounts. I would give 0 stars if possible."
"I’ve been waiting for a banker for almost 20 min. I don’t have a problem with waiting the problem comes when other bankers decide to take their lunch when they see people waiting to be seen. Now there are only 2 bankers and there is a long line. Come on Wells Fargo. The one at Newport Mall is much better. With time and customer service. Do better."
