"It's basically a scam. They charge you a fee AND give you horrible conversion rates. I lost $70 on a $400 conversion."

"They were dishonest when exchanging currency from usd to EUR to usd. I paid the fee on the outbound and said that the return flight exchange would be without charge. I asked for the receipt but they said it would be emailed. It never was and when trying to exchange on the return, Diama and her manager were unhelpful in resolving this issue. You will be ripped off. Don’t use them!"

"Terrible customer service. The lady at the desk gave me incorrect information, failed to acknowledge it, and refused to exchange my currency. She was completely rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business."

"There was this short Spanish lady with dried blond hair I couldn’t get her name because her I.d wasn’t visible But she was by my gate by b31. She is very aggressive, rude, rolls her eyes way too much when u deny exchanging more money (because I don’t have the funds) she doesn’t greet you at all, you can tell she just started her job there is no wayyyyy she a representative there. Good luck trying to exchange ur money with her."
