"I have been in business over 38 years and this is honestly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The staff is very unprofessional and seem uneducated when it comes to banking . They are a small bank and they are antiquated.They do not offer any of the amenities that larger banks offer.They will freeze your assets with no notice and hold your money for weeks and try and cripple your business and they will have no legitimate answers for you but all they can do is blame it on their team. I was a victim of fraudulent activity on my credit card and they froze 4 of my accounts and then closed my accounts with no prior notice and froze all my assets for over 4 weeks holding my money needed to stay in business. They don’t care about you or your business. This bank is a joke. I am still waiting for my money after 6 weeks and they don’t have answers . They don’t and can’t resolve issues that larger banks do without question.I thought I would get better service from a small bank but I was wrong . You are definitely in better hands with any other bank but this bank.They are very unprofessional.Stay away"

"They really are the most pleasant bank on the boulevard. The tellers Amanda and Vanessa are alway very nice and courteous. So much better service than other banks in area. Really recommend doing business with them."

"After many frustrating experiences with business banking I suggested to my boss to try first national Bank of Howard Beach. Little did we know how brilliant that suggestion was. This branch is amazing. The employee's are amazing . They go above and beyond to assist their customers. If I have a problem it is fixed on the spot. If it's going to take awhile they call you to let you know it's been taken care of. No other bank has ever done that for use. Also, when you call that branch the phone is picked up immediately. Sal, Chris, Vanessa, Sabrina and another gentleman that works there truly are the nicest and helpful people we've met. The only way I would change banks is if this branch was to close. I recommend this branch to everyone. I have to point out again that the employee's are amazing."
