"Went in to open an account. Woman asked me where I banked, told her Chime. She does not understand the concept of online banking. Has very little knowledge of how the banking industry works, especially Fintech. Was super argumentative with me for some reason. Never even attempted to get my info, was more interested in arguing. I do not recommend this place. At least not the woman who sits at desk immediately to get the left when you walk in."

Yesterday, my grandmother visited this bank to make a change on her account and the account manger was rude and very disrespectful. "This bank has closed too early the administration needs to revise the schedule. Most people have finished working @ 4 pm. Furthermore you do not offer any online services. Your rates should be higher than the other banks because you don't spend too much money in technology."
