"I will never go back to this branch again. I went to this location to open an account and the representative (Hispanic man, tall and thin) who sits on the left side, first cubby by the teller entrance came up to us and asked us what we needed. When we told him what we needed, he requested additional information that we did not bring since we bank in NY and assumed it was the same. As I spoke to my husband in regards, the man interrupted me and literally yelled "Why don't you go to those people and have them help you since they are telling what to bring. Go, go to them and don't come here" he spoke to us in a very rude and loud voice almost intimidating us to a point that I felt like crying. I felt sooo embarrassed as everyone watched and told him that it was no way to speak to people. The man then proceeded to tell me "This is my tone of voice and this is how I speak" The manager Stefani was called who tried to diffuse the situation while the man watched her from his desk but the damage was done. We decided to bank with Wells Fargo instead. This man needs to get fired or who ever hired him needs to be evaluated to ensure proper measures are taken when reviewing applications."

"Do not ever come here, its basically the twilight zone of Chase banks. I attempted to open an account for my daughter. A representative proceeded to tell me that they needed to make copies of my daughter's documents and send them to corporate for approval which can take 3 business days then another 2 weeks to have an appointment to have an account opened. Obviously this sounds fishy so I declined and immediately called corporate where I was told there was no such policy in place. Ummm I don't know what kind of scam they are running here but all I can say is stay away from this place."
