"Not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating, but I’ve only ever had great experiences with the Restoration Plaza branch of Chase bank! The tellers are nice, and it’s never a long wait. If I have questions, they answer the phones too relatively promptly. And after my interaction today, the bank branch manager personally called me to see how my interaction was (stellar, as usual). I’ve been living around the area for close to five years, so I’m relatively new here, but it’s been such a blessing to have a reliable branch nearby."
