"This bank smells so bad it should be shut down for a methane gas leak it is not safe to be in or work at , Wells Fargo has no way to leave a comment generally so I’m leaving a comment here , I avoid this place , there are third world countries that have nicer environments , there not going to do anything about it unless someone complains so I’ll be that person and they just renovated it so sad, you can smell it at the ATM coming thru the walls it’s disgusting I shake my head everytime , I won’t go inside , it’s beneath me to go in that place , fortune 50 company , create a trouble ticket already send it up. If I was told to meet an advisor there I would not do it."

"Absolutely, the worst bank to deal with. Quick to grab you $$ if you want invest, but it's a nightmare to take money back. They will give you run around, enough that you question your existence. If the reviews had negative star I would give minus 10."

"Horrible service. Teach your staff how to be polite.. tall African man, zero customer service, at best a GED if any education whatsoever. Train you staff as their jobs are based on clients coming into your bank!"

"Only one customer service agent who indicated it would be a 7-10 minute wait, however it has turned out to be over 40 minutes. Still waiting for assistance and completely upset with the lack of agents available to assist their customers and of course the false timeframe given. Honesty is always the best policy."

"They gave my girlfriend the runaround.give several different answers to a question.incompetent.i will call the corporate hq monday morning. The banker or whatever she is jasmin has a bad attitude and should be terminated."
