"This is a terrible branch to do any banking transaction at for any particular reasons. I made an ATM deposit here and instantly after the deposit the machine broke. Now there’s no receipt of my deposit and after calling customer service, I have to wait 45 days for an investigation. Additionally I called this bank and they never picked up the phone. Please avoid this bank at ALL cost if you appreciate your sanity."

"Worst customer service ever!! I have been a customer with capital one for years now. I have multiple accounts with them and coming here to this branch made not want have accounts with them. I came in today to get some information regarding a business account. The lady who was “ helping me “ said. I need your business documents to see if we can help you today, if not we have to set you up with an appointment. “ she told me to wait. Once she called me to the front, she said “ for this type of account you have to make an appointment “ right there I wasn’t interested, why? 1. A simple hi how are you, what brings you in today? Changes everything. 2. At least give your customers some information about the business accounts? Not even a flyer was given! Not even a business card was given! 3. Customers want to feel welcomed and not pushed away especially loyal customers! Or even new business customers. 4. I called the branch 3 times, to ask if I have to set up an appointment but guess what? They never answered the phone. 5. She told me to open a business account a need a 250$ deposit. How are you going to tell me something like this and not give me no information about opening a business account? When I walk into branch I felt like they weren’t even interested on talking to me! I walked out not wanting to business with them. All I wanted was help and information since I’m a new business owner, but I didn’t get that from this location. This location is the reason why I’m canceling all of my accounts and moving on with another bank. I rather give my service to someone else."
