"This is absolutely ridiculous, the atms are closed constantly. Despite being fully functional, they simply don’t allow you entry after hours. This has caused myself and others a lot of issues over the past few months. Regardless, the people inside are great and have provided me solid service."

"So disappointed that all the Capita one AMT are closed us a regular person that have emergency to get money out Sunday can't get anything if we dont pay outside atm to get our money. I went to the Manhattan location and even those are closed. Thats how rich keep getting rich and us paying to get our money out on a Sunday."

"Disappointed that this is another bank that closes hours early now due to being in a low-income neighborhood and not caring about the minorities that support this bank. They used to have a security guard at night but now got rid of the 24/7 hours completely and close at 9 PM. So ridiculous as some people work late and have no choice but to use the ATMs past 9. Shame on you for opening a bank in a minority neighborhood, gladly taking our money, but not keeping it open for us. Yes people loiter but that's why you have security to get them trespassed. Unsurprisingly, the ones in better neighborhoods are still open. Also, as a multi-million dollar corporation, they couldn't even be bothered to pay someone probably less than $100 to remove the '24 hour ATM' sign from the side because that's how unimportant we are to them. Embarrassing."

"this bank advertises 24hr atm but thats a lie . Atm is available only when the bank is open, so during the hours of operation when tellers are in. Very inconvenient, especially cause they refer you to other ATMs in the area but they all charge you a fee smh."

"Customer service is very bad here, lines are super long. Not enough tellers. The tellers need training to how to speak to customers. Without customers they wouldn’t even have a job. Don’t recommend coming here @ Jamaica. Capital one in Flushing is so much better & with polite tellers. The teller named Gurpreet Kaur @ Jamaica is very snobby & very rude. She needs to be fired and she’s not polite at all. Now ATMs has hours when you will be able to get cash out the machine, it should be 24 hours and not when the bank allows it."
