"6/5/24 3:30pm (Lazy Little Girl) Everyone who works here is lazy and very unhelpful! They do not know what they are doing. They hire anyone when it comes to the tellers. I called TD Bank customer service, and they told me they do not sound like they know what they are doing there. Good luck going this TD Bank Branch!"
"The worst branch ever. After waiting in line for over half an hour (only 2 tellers working) I was told to step aside to fill out a deposit slip. That took less than 30 seconds but I had to wait another 10 minutes because the teller took the next customer. After I expressed that I didn’t know I had to fill out a slip and that it’s not fair to make me wait another 10 minutes for something that took just a few seconds the manager, Janessa Santiago, came to see what’s the problem. Her attitude was terrible and when I threatened to close my account and never deal with TD Bank again she already started working on closing my account before I even had a chance to move my direct deposits and my other bills/payments to another bank. She was ready to lose a good customer. In every other branch I get asked to open an investment account with the money I have but Janessa was ready to kick me out of TD Bank. I think corporate will not be happy with how she treats her customers and how she’s costing the bank money by me taking my business somewhere else. My sister was on the phone with me and even she couldn’t believe how she was talking to me. Thank you Janessa for the warm welcome and the great banking experience. Not!!!"
"Long lines. Their "que" system is broken. Guess it's why they deal with numbers and not grammer. Notary public was not in today so I waited for no reason and they do not know when that said person will be in. Makes me wonder why I still bank with them."
"First time I was here I had to refill my meter 3 times. Beside taken over a hour to open my business account, they end up getting that wrong which led to another hour on the phone at night. Second visit isn't so great either. The line is always long. Being 5th on the line, about 3 people just left without service. I don't think anyone are trained well here at this branch. Interior is big to fit all the people the people they made to wait. The line to the teller is ridiculously long and confusing. Everyone ended up waiting at the door if the first person didn't move forward. The pennies machine still doesn't work. Either get rid of it or replace with water machine so all the waiting customer can relax on their 20 minutes wait. I highly suggest go to the other branch by metropolitan if you have a car. They got parking there at the very least."
