"I had fraud on my checking account and was notified with a phone call by the bank. I went in to bank and the problem was handled by Doris who was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She even called Social Security to change my direct deposit. I can’t express how reassured I felt by how Doris handled my problem. The bank manager was also right on top of the situation. Congrats to the entire staff on running a great banking experience."

"This is the worst banking branches you could possibly ever go to. They have the slowest idiots working there, lose your forms, submit forms and then take away access on your accounts to make you waste hours dealing with their staff all over again. If it was up to me, no one in my family would’ve ever gone to this god awful branch. I would give them 0 stars if I could. oh and God forbid you call their automated helpline they’re even worse."

"I opened my account with this bank in 1996, and have since moved from New York City. However, I am unable to transfer my account to the local branch where I reside. Additionally, I spoke to Alba, and Cheryl of NYCB customer service for a replacement debit card, which had expired, and was told that I have to drive 1hr to the Queens branch for a new card. There wasn't even a manager available for me to voice my concerns. NYCB, is TRULY INCONVENIENT to bank with. After 24 years of honest and trouble free business from me, I was wrong to think that it would count for something with NYCB. I am closing my account with NYCB, and taking my business to TD BANK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TD BANK FOR ALL CHECKING NEEDS. TD BANK IS TRULY AMERICA'S CONVENIENT BANK."

"The security guard was fantastic she smile and help me. The personal need training on how to talk to potential costumer. Every person the walk in your bank is a potential costumer, you lost one today. I pay to get money out of you atm. I ask one the person the work there,to change my bill to a different nomination. She say" will do it but don't get used to". I told pay a feed to get money out. Can't write what she say. The was entry and it will stay entry with that attitude."
