"Ridiculous company and employees. Made me wait two hours just to tell me they can’t open me an account for a reason they won’t even be able to tell me. No clarity at all and they do NOT look out for or put clients first. Would give zero stars if I could."

"This location has to be the worst of all. I go here to make deposit for a business account. I arrived today 04/01/24 at 3:59pm and the woman that calls herself the manager, Hispanic with black hair, told me that it was one minute to closing so it was too late. I simply can not believe that a so called “manager” has such little respect for customers and is so UNPROFESSIONAL. This woman looked at the security guard and the guard just said with an attitude “we’re closed”. If someone supervises this location, please work into retraining these people!!!"

"This is seriously the WORST location!!!! I never heard of a bank that closes in the middle of working hours because they're ALL going to lunch. Another issue they always have is the "system is down" on a regular basis. The staff is so rude including the security guard. I'm not really sure who manages this place but it truly offers the worst service ever!!! We have a business account for over two decades but thanks to the awful experience, we are taking our business to another bank."

"This Bank of America is the worst of them all! They are always short on tellers and is not Well managed. Waited for and hour and a half just to see a teller and the bank wasn’t even packed, every time I Come to this Bank of America is a relleno BAD experience, they should hire new management"
