"No professionalism. No point in taking appointments. They don’t care about appointments saying that those were done online at PNC bank website and that they don’t care about that. And the employees behave as if we are in a 3rd world backward country and not US. Big mistake I opened an account here due to proximity to my home."

"I went this week and last to get a couple of cashier check, was fine all week. Today the head Teller was there and said no. Because the check are going company and I can do that from my personal account. I’m was what, so when ppl get cashier check they can only be to another person. Which we all know isn’t true. She was very rude very condescending. I have been with PNC for over twenty year now and I have to say I don’t think I want to be with them anymore. I tried to get help from a different employee that saw me there earlier this week. She look afraid of the head teller and said I can’t do nothing if she said no. Worst of all banks I ever walk used."

"If I could give zero I would. The staff consists of someone wonderful people excluding the supervisor Tim. I have gone in multiple times attempting to withdraw for my accounts sufficient funds and everytime I go to the teller they state they cannot release the money because it has not posted. Now check this, upon exiting the bank within seconds and withdrawing from the ATM it shows that I have the full funds posted to my account and allowed me to withdraw. Out of confusion from what I had just been told I reached out to the corporate number and they told me that the money had indeed posted to my account and was available. Not only had they done this to me once but they did it multiple times following. It could be due to my young face that they may not take me serious, however I’m not here for games when it comes to my money. All in all I switched my bank account but if this could help anyone who may be going through the same issue, always double check to make sure they aren’t trying to play with you or your money"

"I walk in to this branch and Gilbert Arevalo, assist me on the withdrawal of cash. He do have excellent customer service. Highly recommended him for Doing the right thing for the customers. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Gilbert."
