"Customer service needs to be more educated with better communication skills ..I just went for a debit problem. I had to wait over an hour while staff on their phone relaxing ..I explained and tell the staff u was on an hour lunch break citi bank is the wrose bank everrrr"
"This is quite literally the worst location. They have a QR code queue system, which is fine, however it is not used correctly at all. The worst experience I've had today is they had us sitting in the waiting area and some rude lady came over asking to see our documents. Why in the world would you allow your employees to check private and very sensitive documents in a public area? The whole purpose of getting in line, through your queuing method, is so I can sit in a private area with your banker and discuss my matters. It is highly unprofessional and unethical to have us waiting for 45+ minutes, then having us show pieces of our very personal documents in the public waiting area, then berating us in front of other people about the documents we have/ don't have. I don't need others to know which license of mine is expired or isn't, nor do I need people to know how much I make or how old I am. This was ridiculous!"
"If you want to see a banker for something other than a deposit or a withdrawal then good luck. These bankers do not care about the line and will pick and choose whoever they know from the line. They set up a QR code to get on a virtual line but I don't think they check it or use it. I had to wait over 1 hour for a banker to meet me while there were 3 sitting in their cubicles picking out people who they seemed to know. This bank does not know what customer service means. Third world bank."
"Been a customer for over 20 years, got fraudulent activity and account was closed, was informed late on Sat by Online Banking Support team and was asked to reach the branch to activate new account, 5 minutes late and the rep didn't open the door, explained to her about my situation, she just didn't care, had to send money to wife that day Sat., couldn't do it. Absolute unprofessional manner of the rep. Staff, 5 to 7 years ago was good but these new, mostly Local Community's people, need some Crash Courses on Customer Support."
"The Bank is Not that specious but still it has some good staff. The air conditioner didn't provide as much cold as it was supposed so the experience was not that great for me that day. The current manager is pretty nice and always will try to help you if you ask. As a financial perspective I cannot give any insight as I'm not a financial advisor."
