"I had an appointment at 2:30 with Rosa Bastidas for opening a new checking account. I asked a question regarding an old account which got closed and I just wanted to know the reason, she called the customer service and they told her to wait for 15 mins and they will let her know the reason. But she right there refused to wait. So my point is if you can’t even help a customer to know what’s wrong then what’s the reason of having you in the bank? How is that helping the customer. It’s just wasting the customer’s time."

"Awful. Chase should be ashamed to have this place representing their brand. 4/5 ATM's were broken during peak banking hours on a Saturday morning. The lobby is always crowded and noisy. This is easily the worst branch in the entire company!"
"Their ATM is always broken. One of it is never working and the other one doesn't not recognize tap from apple pay. Recommend to save time by walking to another ATM than wait in line to figure out this."
