"Came in Yesterday, had Manuel C. and shandi help us out with a wire transfer. Really friendly and helpful guys!"
"Top notch customer service from the senior banker Shady Eskander. He helped his setup a wire timely on the weekend and even came in early on Monday to make sure it was approved (wires can only be sent the next day). He helped us change in our pin numbers and is following on our check orders. Its been a great experience so far, and I recommend the bank for your day to day banking needs as well as getting a mortgage. Hes been responsive from the very beginning from our initial deposit. Highly recommend. I have not been compensated for his review just a happy customer, giving credit where its due. -Eric"
"Staff hasn’t any knowledge about bank ..garbage service both of them working on Wednesday ...every time problem this place..."
"I walked in and everyone was friendly. But friendly does not equal competent or knowledgeable in their field of work. I brought in a valid check to be deposited. I have had this person write me a check a year ago with the same back account, but that was deposited at a WF back in Philadelphia (my hometown) without any issues or questions whatsoever. I was visiting hoboken since it's near my workplace thinking this may be more convenient for me. I was so very wrong. I was repeatedly asked (4 times) by 3 tellers (who worked side by side and heard my conversation with each other as they were helping each other with the issue) as to where this check was from. Issues at this bank: 1. I should not be interrogated as to what the nature of my check is when it clearly states it's from a lawyer (hence "esquire"). 2. A bank teller should not make me feel like some criminal that has a fake check when it's clearly from a corporation and not a personal check. 3. You should not repeatedly ask me where this check is from WHEN IT SAYS IT ON THE CHECK YOU'RE HOLDING. Are you trying to see if I'm lying? 4. When I ask to take the check back since you're creating an issue so that I can stop wasting time and go to a different WF that knows what they're doing, you should not mislead me to think you can solve the issue by telling me "no there's no issue. I just need to figure this out." But end up handing me the check back 10 minutes and 3 tellers later since you never could figure it out and knew that from the start but wanted to confirm that with your colleagues. 5. You should NOT show my check by lifting it up at head level and shouting the amount written on the check to the teller next to you, so that the customer with the teller next to you can know how much money I am depositing since that's private AND I'd rather not get mugged leaving the bank. 6. I do NOT want to know the balance of the customer next to me because you decide that it's ok to loudly vocalize his Balance WHILE handing him the receipt that shows his Balance anyways. Even if this is the last Wells Fargo left on earth, I'd rather change banks than to go back to a building full of incompetent, attitude-filled, cynical, unhelpful employees. Btw: My Wells Fargo back at home had no issue with locating the bank account on the check. Hmmm.... wonder what the "issue" was in Hoboken's WF?"
