"I have two savings accounts. One is active the other one the bank decided to send to NY unclaimed money without calling me , or telling me why they do it . Very unprofessional. Be careful with this bank , they can cancel your account when they want . On the phone they said everything is good and both saving accounts are active . I go to the bank , they can’t give me my money back ."

"Been with this bank for over 20 years. But I never use them. They have prehistoric technology and call it being “personal”. They make you go into the office to open a simple checking account. Make you apply for mobile banking. Their hours are that of a neighborhood bank. So if that is what you are looking for then they are for you. They have nothing to offer except old tired practices that attempt to shame you and embarrass you. You are better off with a nationwide chain."
