"Went to bank of America at 205 St. And Linden Blvd on Wednesday morning went in the bank saw two reps standing a man and a woman. I greeted them by saying good morning. they didn't answer believing that they didn't heard me the first time I said to them again good morning they looked me straight in my face and they never answered me. so I walked away and was going towards the teller's counter both of them started chuckling and was talking about me as if I weren't there I'm a costumer in that bank for years. They were so rude I felt so humiliated on my way out I stopped and told the security guard what happened he was nice he apologized for what I've just been through I mean those two were very rude. I'm 65 yrs old and they treated me as if I was one of their kids. They have no costumer service skills and if they're managerial skills they need to send them to anger management class so rude."

Learn to get direct deposit, deposit Cheques on your phone and use atm. Your life would be easier"

"There is ALWAYS a long line with 2 tellers, we are lucky if we get 3 tellers. There is the bank manager who gets on my nerve. She walks the long ass line and ask each person what their business is as if she is going to help you. And she does not help. What she needs to do is get behind the counter and help the other tellers. They need to hire some tellers"
