"Avoid this Chase if possible. There is always a wait and staff tells you incorrect things that cause weeks delay in processing. Nirmala the assistant VP of the branch, told us she would call us when our request was processed and she never did. When we followed up she told us she had forgot, but that the next appointment available was a week away. You would think since it was multiple mistakes on their end they would prioritize our appointments but that’s clearly not the case."
"The people at this branch are friendly and want to be helpful, at least every one I spoke to was. Unfortunately, what would otherwise be a good bank is hamstrung by issues. Appointments made online don't go through. Their systems go down. Do you want bank services? Too bad. Just try calling them, right now, and you'll see how their customer service is when the phone goes straight not even to voicemail but to "try calling again later." I tried to get service from this bank for 2 weeks before giving up. I can only assume there is something seriously wrong on a management level. TL;DR Great people, poorly managed."
