"While passing through Irvington, Springfield Ave. I decided to stop at bank instead of waiting until I get home. OMG!! Slow as Hell. Third person in line, two tellers , waiting in line half an hour already. Sooooo slow. After waiting in line forever, damn teller had no clue about what the hell he was doing regarding cashing a check from Bank of America. What a bunch of idiots."
"After months of bad service the new manager Consuelo came to the rescue! She got my problem fixed in 5 minutes. I glad she works at this bank and she will definitely do a fantastic job here. I can confidently say she will make the customer service much better here."
