"Francisco is the manager, but this guy is a clown. I went with my wife to withdraw our money with different accounts each. Francisco told me that i can’t withdraw my money because my passport was not signed, so he told me to bring a different identification in order to get my money, his excuse was that he was just doing his work of protecting his customers lol lol, i was like protecting from who i am the owner of the account hello!! Francisco also, denied to give my wife’s money. Now saying that she did not have the debit card of the bank. My wife had all that she needs to get her money, ID, routing number and account number and still he refused to give the money to her. My wife and i decided to go the next day to a different location and they give us our money without any problem. Francisco try to be a professional not a clown that, does not know how to deal with situations."
"I made an appointment and when I go for my appointment on time, I've been told that the banker that I'm supposed to meet took a day off. I can't be helped by another banker as well on the same day, so I have to schedule another appointment for another day. It's a nice way giving a good impression to a new customer. You just lost my business and I will make sure my family and friends won't do business with your bank. Please train your staff to be friendly and provide good customer service. The lady I spoke with sounds like it's my fault to make an appointment with the staff that's off. Like I should know better. They are not accommodating with a different bank for a simple meeting to open a new account."
"Slow, unconcerned, people working here. Fidela N. was doing everything else except working on getting my money while 20 or so people waited in line. Very unnecessary! No wonder they have a 2.7 rating."
"Today I went to open a new Business Account to this branch and I have waited for almost an hour to speak to a Banker. The worst part is , who ever walk ins to see a Banker get their seat first, But Banker don’t care who is waiting there before the walk in person. I explain my pain to one of the staff and she jus wows, they don’t care . Totally unprofessional staff."
"They have the slowest service and every single time it’s something different. They need to train their tellers much better. Even their financial advisors don’t know wether they are coming or going. One person will tell you one thing and next time you go someone will give you a totally different explanation that contradicts the first person. They need to seriously train their employees and make sure everyone is on the same page. Any job you go in for will have you waiting for attests 30-40 minutes. Depositing money is also a major issue even with a counting machine. Takes them 30 mins just to take a deposit. I would rather bank somewhere else."
