All questions/transactions/online issue was done professional and quick while I was sitting on the chair. All who I met at this branch was friendly and professional. "Love this branch! They have great service and altitude! Yesterday I went to this branch, a guy called William Chen whom served me in that branch. I was consulting him with some mortgage issue. He seems to be very knowledge in this field and also took time to explain to me in details. Even though I haven't become his customer yet, I am greatly appreciated for his patience and time. I will definitely look forward to have him to help me out in getting a mortgage once the seller confirms me to be the chosen buyer! :)"

"Today, I called to this bank and was waiting for the line for 30 minutes. Then, I was trying to call again the officer hanged the phone all the time. Always, really bad service. The Cathay bank should be find out new officer."

"Excellent service, not sure why there are complains about this branch. The management has been greatly improved since the branch manager changed last year. But sometimes the waiting line is way too long, short of staff could be the problem."
