"Terrible experience with this BOA brunch! 1. First I try to make an appointment online. Their system has problem. When I made appointment for Saturday but confirming email sent to me saying appointment on Friday. I tried a few times without success. I called the brunch after several tries and finally got through. 2. I spoke with Bibi, told her the problem. I told her that we need notary service on Saturday. She said just come in and ask for me. She also said she will send me an email to confirm our appointment. She never send me an email. 3. We got there today and was told she has other appointments but will see us. Waited for about 20min, she finally came to us. She said she need to see the documents (some real estate transition papers) which need notary. Then she told us that BOA only notary loan documents from BOA! Really? First, these are not loan documents, second, as BOA customer for more than 20 years, we went BOA for notary Servive for real estate buying/selling documents and other documents more than 10 times at different brunches in different states, most recently about 3 month ago at Cambridge in MA. Never heard they only do BOA loan notary service!!! We are BOA customers for more than 20 years, even at this moment we have $$$$$$ deposit in the bank and monthly pay check auto deposit. Now we are really thinking about switching to a different bank. Their services are terrible, incompetent at least this brunch!"
