"Horrible customer service at the East Orange, Central Ave. Branch. The woman who sits at the desk behind the glass, I think she's been at that job 30 yrs and still doesn't know how to speak to people. She is rude and unprofessional. How can a person work in customer service and doesn't know how to address customers? If she hates people so much, why is ahe there? She always have an attitude and speak down to people."

"The Manager and several of the tellers lack professionalism, the tellers dress as if they're going to the laundry mat or to the grocery store and their professionalism matches their appearance. They speak to you as if you're and infidel. Only in this community that the customers are treated with no dignity. Period.... I'm in the process of closing my account. Wouldn't recommend them to no one."

"Went into the branch after unsuccessfully trying to withdraw from one of their ATMs. The Bank Teller Alex and Banker Jose were trying to assist me in no time and without complaint. An older, middle-aged, female employee came out of nowhere and started telling him out loud to focus on what he was doing before and helping me is a waste of time. Then she told me "it really is not easier for us to help you" and "you can change your PIN on your phone, I can show you" in an irritated tone. Mind you, changing a PIN (especially online) takes over three days to get mailed. I needed to withdraw immediately. Then she took my IDs from Jose as he was asking me questions. She gave them to Alex. Alex was able to help me withdraw at the counter. The unpleasant experience was the unprofessional nature of the older female employee telling a customer (me) that a request is not easier for them and informing another employee that it is wasting his time. That location is the closest one, and I've been living in the area for decades. It was my first time going inside. I thank Alex and Jose for doing their job, being patient, knowledgeable, and understanding."

"Worst bank ever! I have to leave this East Orange location and travel to the Bloomfield location to cash my check because the East Orange branch always seem to have some issue. Not only are they rude to me and they never remember who I am even though I've been going there for almost 2 years now. Several ocations they treat me with total disrespect. East Orange branch is the worst. The Bloomfield branch never gives me any hassles. I hope they improve their business tactics or just shut down the East Orange branch. Worst customer service. Long waiting times even though they are never busy when I get there. If I could give 0 star they would get a rating of zero. Since one star is the worst that's what they get but deserve far less than one star."
