TD Bank

"I have never left a review but this place deserves one. They are extremely slow and lack any sense of urgency. They waste your time and think everyone has the time to wait all day. It took me over 30 minutes to do a wire that shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes. They are extremely non chalant and slow and treat the place like they are at home. It’s not my first time being here. I specifically expressed that I didn’t have much time and the lady even took more of her time and asked if I wanted someone to do it I’ll have to wait longer for her manager. Horrible bank and customer service"

"This is the worst TD Bank I ever been too. People are nasty and then I went to make a withdrawal and they were like they don't have that much cash, like what? I went to the bank to withdraw money and they said they didn't have it?!! That's uncomfortable, is that even legal? By far the worst TD Bank I ever walked into."

"Horrible customer service. CSR are unprofessional. Bad attitudes. Prejudice towards ppl that do not look like them Go out their way to help ppl that look like them. The bank card machine to print bank cards is claimed to always be broken. I believe they are too lazy to get up and print the bank card. If they are having a personal conversation with their co workers the customer have to wait to be serviced. Terrible representation for TD Bank"
