"Be aware! Send on your own risk. I have been a customer since 2020, I have always sent money regularly, I have never had this problem with rana express. Until this month my money been send September 4,2023 never arrived I called them I sent a message on WhatsApp always keeping in touch they told me today or tomorrow it will be deposited they been telling me every time it's been 20 days and the money still hasn't arrived. I want my money back."
"Been 13 days. Multiple times sent. Over $5500 for my wife and kids on vacation in Brasil. My family have no money now awaiting the transfer. And I Paid for express service. Now they are saying the money didn't even reach Brasil yet and if I cancel I get money back in over 3 weeks. Unreliable and unacceptable."

"Been using them for years while sending money to my wife and kids in Brasil while we deal with immigration. They’ve always been polite and courteous. Anytime I’ve called they always have a person that speaks English available. Updating to having an express option to get it there same day is a godsend, though it needs to be inside a specific window of time. I sometime give my roommate the money to drop off there, he’s a fan of the candy dish. Really great place. Highly recommend if you have to send money to Brasil"
"Have been transferring here for years. It happens that sometimes I forget how much was the last transaction and I ask the employee to check for me. For the second time she asked me to remember the amount as she has to log into a different system or "whatever is necessary". It only happens that both times there was nobody else waiting to be assisted after me. I believe I'm the customer at the moment being and as I'm not "delaying" anybody else why the complain? I just don't get it..."
